Intro

Located in the northern port of Wuxi, the facility covers nearly 10,000 square meters, of which 5000 Square meters is occupied by the building. The plant has 150 Workers, including 12 technical staff, three of which are Senior Engineers.
　　 The facility mainly supports necessary accessories, such as those used in the car clutch and the internal-combustion engine; these products are designed for subsequent use in middle to large electrical machinery plants. The facility has five cold extruders, two sets of computerized carbon heat treatments, and 130 production testing equipments. Some of these equipment include microscopes, brove sclerometers, and electronic spring dynamometers. Thus, the manufacturing and technological power of this facility gives it an advantageous edge over others of its kind.
　　 The facility has been certified by the ISO9001:2000 quality of system, which supports reliable guarantee for the quality of production.
The facility manufactures five series, including 300 kinds of overrunning clutch used by cold extruders such as curve rollers, rachet formulas, torque spring formulas, and outer gear lane decelerators, totaling an annual output of 1.2 million units.
