Intro

Located in Pudong , Shanghai, the facility was established in 1994 and fully developed in 1996. The factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters with a construction area of 16,000 square meters. Presently, it has a production capacity of 150,000 steering system sets per year.

The facility plans construction according to the principle of automotive development: it aims for high standard products and specializes in enormous quantity production. The facility has reached advanced international standards and has implemented large quantities of imported high-accuracy, flexible equipment. This not only assures product quality with superior performance, but also meets a variety of demands from the ever-changing market.

The facility insists on a motto of "users first, quality first” and constantly seeks to improve quality control. It has set up a virtually flawless measurement room and independently experiments with the positioning of products, thus improving the quality control of enterprise greatly. Evaluated through ISO9002 at present, the facility continues to strive towards higher standards.

The facility has established an independent public dynamic system. The cooling water and sewage wastes are disposed of in concentrate, protecting environmental resources effectively; these ”green” disposal method lessen the hazardous impact of industrial manufacturing on our fragile environment.
