Intro

The plant manufactures transmission gear and shafts for automotive, motorcycle, and other precision gear parts. With 220 staff members occupying an area of 35,000 square meter (workshop area of 17,000 square meters), the plant has manufactured more than 3 million gears and gear parts.
Inside the plant, state-of-the-art refined gear manufacturing equipment lines more than 100 sets of machines, including advanced CNC automatic computer numeric systems, automatic rolling gear machines, shaft gear machinesm, and an eclectic selection of gear manufacturing machines.
The testing equipment includes advanced CLP-35 testing machines,  GC-3H testing machines, a GTR-30 joggle machine, PH-350 projective machines, a salt frog testing machine, and both MVK-H100 and ATD electronic hard apparatus. Altogether, around twenty testing sets are available, offering precise gear parameter measurements and flawless computer analysis for maximum product quality.
In December 2002, Hota obtained a QS-9000 quality assurance certification by BVQI of France.
