Intro

The plant manufactures transmission gear and shaft for automotive and motorcycle and other precision gear parts. With 220 staffs and 35,000 square meter of total area including workshop area 17,000 square meter, the plant manufactures more than 3 million gears and gear parts.
There are refined gear manufacturing equipments in the plant,currently it has more than 100 sets of machines including advanced CNC automatic computer numatic, automatic rolling gear machine, shaft gear machine and all kinds of gear manufacturing machines.
The testing equipments are: advanced CLP-35 testing machine; GC-3H testing machine; GTR-30 joggle machine; PH-350 projective machine; Salt frog testing machine; MVK-H100 and ATD electronic hard apparatus,etc.,altogether about 20 sets. It is easy and also precise to measure the gear's parameter and analysized by computer with the equipments mentioned above.
In December 2002, Hota obtained a QS-9000 quality assurance certification by BVQI of France.
