The plant passed quality system authentication ISO9001 in 1997 and passed QS9000 international quality system authentication in 2001. The plant has extensive production processes: measurement, positioning, and detection methods are complete. Photoelectric, direct-read spectrometers, X-ray flaw detectors, electronic microscopes, 3-D coordinate measuring apparatuses, and various kinds of mechanical performance checkout equipment are used for increased production quality. In addition, chemical analysis and precise measurements offer accurate information for testing the quality of products.

The plant adopts the mould and cast standards of "EQY-108-1997," a standard that is higher than national ranking, and the product quality is steady.
