Production Capacity

The plant has advanced frock equipment, currently using the following main production line system: five lines are employed in making shells, three lines follow roasting procedures, and one is a pour line. Production lines have 440 equipment types on hand that have adopted a pushing mechanism - high-pressure and advanced complex technology - to make shell craft. Also available is a program-controlled sand-process system, used in the automatic pouring machine. Annual production capacity is greater than 10,000 tons, with more than 3000 kinds of casting.
